Reservation cancellation is to be made 72 hours before arrival. If canceled later or in case of no- show 100% of the first night will be charged.
If cancellation happens before 72 hours, then Grand Sylhet Hotel & Resort refunds to the booker's bank account/Card within 10 business days. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. If canceled later or in case of no- show 100% of the first night will be charged and rest of amount will be refunded indeed.
