- Hotel standard Check-In time: 14:00 Hrs, and Check out time: 12:00 Hrs.
- Room may not guarantee for early check in unless pre reserved from the previous night.
- Late check out after 12:00 HRS is chargeable and subject to availability.
- On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry of the check-out time mentioned in the confirmation vouche , management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the assigned rooms.
- Outside food & beverage is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.
- For the check In process, identification is mandatory like NID/Passport/Driving License.
- Bills must be settled on a presentation by cash or credit card In case of Bill to Company guest needs to sign the bills. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
- Visitors are not allowed room without submission of valid identification to the front desk.
- The hotel will not be responsible for any valuables left by the guest in the guest room or accept any liability for loss incurred during their stay.
- Storing of articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in the guest room is strictly prohibited
- Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Hotel has full authority to deduct all charges consumed or chargeable to the guest from authorized payment mode before or after departure.
- Guests are requested to observe the government of Bangladesh rules and regulations which are enforced from time to time for registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, etc.
- The management reserves to itself the right to add or amend any of the above terms, conditions, and rules without prior notification.
- On premium dates like Eid Holiday/ Durga Puja/ Christmas Holiday/ Long Gov’t holiday/ event dates, and Group Booking cancellation policy remain Non-cancellable and Non -refundable.
- All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking are allowed only at Hotel’s designated area. There is a charge of US$ 25 for smoking in room for deodorize.
- When multiple promotional offers are available, only one offer can be applied per booking. Offers cannot be combined or partially applied under any circumstances.
